  1. Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including 5-year business plans, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial dashboards along with preparation of annual report of the company for the Board and Executive Management.
  2. Drive capital structure planning, treasury management, and liquidity optimization, supporting debt restructuring, equity strengthening, and compliance with banking covenants.
  • Conduct investment appraisals and project evaluations (NPV, IRR, sensitivity/scenario modelling), providing actionable insights for CAPEX, M&A, and divisional strategy decisions.
  1. Support the Board, Audit Committee, and NRC as Committee Secretary, ensuring accurate minutes, governance compliance, and regulatory alignment with Saudi Companies Law and CMA rules.
  2. Lead the Company’s IPO readiness program, including drafting prospectus sections, aligning financial projections with market studies, and managing advisors, legal counsel, and virtual data room due diligence.
  3. Spearheaded corporate governance frameworks (ERM, DoA, SOPs, RACI) and coordinated M&A due diligence and restructuring initiatives (LLC to CJSC conversion, divisional carve-outs).
