laws and managed employee-related litigations in coordination with legal
advisors. Administered staff increments, promotions, and industrial peace
bonuses as per CBA agreements. Managed statutory benefits including Social
Security, EOBI, and Workers Profit Participation Fund (WPPF). Oversaw
employee grievance handling, inquiries, and disciplinary actions. Compliance
& Risk Mitigation.
