Anwar Khawaja Composites (AKC) a sports articles manufacturing company of Anwar Khawaja Industries group at Sialkot. This production facility started its manufacturing process in 2012 with composites material products (Rackets, Hockey’s, Hockey balls etc. manufacturing) which are for exports only.
Currently working as Manager People & Shared services, looking after all Human Resources, Administration as well as Customer Compliances audit matters (Addidas & SIUX, etc.) These includes:
• Spearheaded training initiatives aligned with operational goals, including onboarding, technical upskilling, and compliance modules.
• Conducted training needs assessments across departments and developed tailored learning plans.

Production (Vehicles Assembly) started at Plant w.e.f December, 2019.

The company has implemented SAP in December 2012. I being the “AM IR & Admin was involved in all the phases (AS IS, TO BE and Final Blue Print {BBP} & GO LIVE) of this system at unit level and got proper training of SAP in HCM module and its integration with FICO module.
Also I prepared the summary of “AS IS” (current operating procedures) in the organization and drafted and developed with mutual understanding of departments, the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) keeping in view the requirements of the business.
At the time of GO Live of SAP system I also transferred all the data from our previous software to SAP in HCM module and successfully launched it in Shahbaz Garments.
I am good in HCM module of SAP. -
