Being CFO of Security Papers was a totally different experience not only because SPL is a listed company but more so due to the unique and highly sensitive nature of its operations. In the current role, entrusted to oversee finance operations while working closely with other functions as well as external stakeholders. Also responsible to oversee the IT function, including in-house software development team. Fully engaged in streamlining and improving legacy processes, to develop/update policies and harmonize processes for enhanced efficiency. Primary responsibility happens to support the CEO in smooth organizational transformation and close liaison with the Board and its Committees to successfully achieve the strategic objectives while simultaneously focusing on business growth and sustainability.
